RETURNS POLICY:  As with many publications and software applications, we regret that it is impossible for us to accept returns on any electronic program once it has been received. Single copies of books and other items may be returned for credit of the cost of the item only as long as they are in original (unopened) condition. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please order a review copy before ordering in quantity as we are unable to accept returns of more than one copy of an item. Also, our books are print-on-demand so we do not see the book -- it is shipped directly from the printer. Therefore, we ask that you examine them carefully when they arrive to ensure there are no missing pages as the printer will only replace misprinted if returned within 30 days.

LICENSING:  We license our resources only to  single-entity churches and non-profit organizations.  This is called a Use License (for a full copy of the Use License, see the License Page), and it entitles the licensee to make as many copies of the program as necessary for use within their single-entity organization.  It does not allow distribution of materials outside the membership of said organization, or the presentation of the program for any group that is not composed in its majority of members  of the organization holding the license. Mail-order products are available to single-entities, dioceses and judicatory bodies.  Individuals may not purchase a license in their own name (but you can buy books and artworks cds), but must be affiliated with such an organization.  Licenses are non-transferable.  More licensing options are available, but we need to chat with you to arrange them.  Please call us if you have any questions about licensing or about purchasing judicatory or other licenses.

ONLINE DISCOUNTS: Sale prices offered in the online store are exclusive to the online store.  You must order online to receive them, and may be quoted a higher price if ordering by phone.

DOWNLOADS:  You may download your PDF files immediately after ordering, or you may return to the Order Status Page at a later time to claim your order. You can return to order status through your order confirmation email.  You will be asked to re-enter your credit card number for identification purposes, but you will not be charged again.  You will need a current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to open your PDF files (we work in Acrobat 5.0, and previous versions don't always work right with its new features).  This program is available as a free download from the company's website, www.adobe.com.  Please remember that by purchasing a download, you agree to the terms of the above Use License. Dioceses and other judicatory bodies should contact LeaderResources, either through this site, or by phone for a Judicatory License and  CD-ROM version of their chosen program.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:  We calculate shipping charges according to the order amount plus a handling fee. We ship US Mail First-Class for CD-ROMS in the US,which usually takes 3-4 days to arrive. If you need a resource sooner, we suggest that you download the item. Foreign orders will be assessed additional shipping charges as per UPS rates: Worldwide Express or Canada Standard.

TAX:  Tax is only added for orders made in Massachusetts for items that are not licensed to or for use by a non-profit tax-exempt group. Since this plays havoc with our automatic tax calculator, we have turned this function off, so you may not see your tax assessed until you receive your final statement. We wish the program were smart enough to know everyone's tax status, but we just had to go with the majority on this one.
