Chris has been the Director of Christian Formation at the Episcopal Church of the Advent for twenty years. After years of fighting low volunteer morale and sporadic attendance, Chris discovered multiple-intelligence learning and "Adventure Kingdom" was born in her parish. She is also one of our WorkshopCycles trainers and has led weekend events from Texas to Virginia.

Chris has attended seminars at General Theological Seminary, Virginia Seminary, Episcopal Divinity School, Sewanee and Kanuga where she coordinated the 2008 Christian Formation Conference and serves on the planning committee for future conferences. She is a member of Children’s Ministries of America, the National Association of Episcopal Christian Education Directors (NAECED). Chris has been a presenter at diosecan conferences, Kanuga, and Children's Ministries of America. "I love what I'm doing and finally the kids love it, too!"
