Elizabeth is the Director of the Resource Center for Lifelong Learning and Lay Ecumenical Officer for the Diocese of Maine. She has also worked with LeaderResources as a trainer for the Journey to Adulthood program since 2001. Of particular interest to Liz is working with small groups to build leadership skills and develop program choices that fit their own congregation. She lives with her husband on the coast of Maine, where she enjoys swimming, gardening, reading, and just puttering around.

Using an animated version of C.S. Lewis' The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, this five-session or weekend program offers participants an opportunity to experience the story through imaginative role-playing, games and discussion. Great for VBS, Lent or camps & conferences. 
The Journey to Adulthood (J2A) is a complete youth ministry program of spiritual formation for 6th - 12th grades. It uses Bible study, prayer, rites of passage, outreach ministries and both serious and playful activities to underscore its core principles:
Take your VBS children to a different Medieval Pilgrimage destination each day: Rome, Canterbury, Santiago de Compostela, Dunfermline (Scotland) and Croagh Patrick (Ireland). During their imaginary journey, participants learn about the life and legacy of a Saint revered during the Middle Ages and pretend to make the trek to see and hear the story for themselves.

Based on the Harry Potter books, this is one of our most popular resources for a Sunday School break or VBS. 
WorkshopCycles is a new way of experiencing Sunday School. It takes seriously the spiritual development of children while providing creative, hands-on activities to help children learn the stories of God and God's people. Children work on the same story or concept for several weeks, using different learning approaches each week. Available as both an annual membership or as individual cycles.
