Carolyn is co-creator and Executive Director of Advancing Authentic Leadership Inc., a non-profit organization founded in 1992, committed to promoting the inward journey necessary for spiritual wholeness. Carolyn has designed and conducts a training program to prepare congregations to implement Authentic Leadership
Carolyn's experience includes work in the corporate, governmental, and non-profit worlds. She worked with the American Cancer Society for twelve years; founded with her late husband a consulting firm called Corporate Connections that offered consulting in management and leadership skill development for twelve years; served as founding Director of The Quality Center at Gwinnett Technical College; and since 1996 has been the Director of Leadership Development for Christ Episcopal Church in Norcross, Georgia.

Using an animated version of C.S. Lewis' The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, this five-session or weekend program offers participants an opportunity to experience the story through imaginative role-playing, games and discussion. Great for VBS, Lent or camps & conferences. 
The Journey to Adulthood (J2A) is a complete youth ministry program of spiritual formation for 6th - 12th grades. It uses Bible study, prayer, rites of passage, outreach ministries and both serious and playful activities to underscore its core principles:
Take your VBS children to a different Medieval Pilgrimage destination each day: Rome, Canterbury, Santiago de Compostela, Dunfermline (Scotland) and Croagh Patrick (Ireland). During their imaginary journey, participants learn about the life and legacy of a Saint revered during the Middle Ages and pretend to make the trek to see and hear the story for themselves.

Based on the Harry Potter books, this is one of our most popular resources for a Sunday School break or VBS. 
WorkshopCycles is a new way of experiencing Sunday School. It takes seriously the spiritual development of children while providing creative, hands-on activities to help children learn the stories of God and God's people. Children work on the same story or concept for several weeks, using different learning approaches each week. Available as both an annual membership or as individual cycles.
