Linda is the Publisher, CEO and founder of LeaderResources who, besides being an Episcopal priest since 1977 and a much sought-after speaker and consultant, is the author of several books. Her publications include the forthcoming Transforming Disciples, a look at Christian Formation in the Episcopal Church in the past and future (Church Publishing, 2008), The Doubleday Pocket Bible Guide and The Marriage Journey, which she co-wrote with her husband, Del Glover and the companion training program for marriage mentors: Mentoring the Marriage Journey.

Linda has taught multiple courses in Christian Formation at General Theological Seminary in New York City and previously served as Coordinator for Adult Education, Lay Ministry and Leadership Development for the national offices of the Episcopal Church. She is popular as a preacher and leader of Clergy Days, has been a keynote speaker at conferences and Diocesan Conventions and has conducted innumerable workshops.

Linda's passion is congregational development and ministry development. She is an active participant in the development of LifeCyles and has developed a system of congregational develop that uses organizational systems theory and spiritual practices as ways to transform congregational life without most of the usual negative reactions to change. Linda currently serves as an assisting priest at the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine in New York City.
