This Children's Chapel resource, developed by Holy Trinity Parish in Clemson, SC provides a creative children's liturgy for each of the three years (A, B, C using the RCL). It is an age appropriate worship option for younger children, especially in a congregation where Sunday School is at an hour separate from worship.

The readings have been re-written and in some cases replaced so they appeal to younger children. Children begin in the sanctuary and those who choose to do so leave to hear the lessons, join in a simplified Psalm, participate in an interactive homily, the prayers and music. They return to their parents at the time of the peace.

This resource is a downloadable file –  permission is granted to the purchasing church to make as many copies as needed to implement the program. A PDF file is provided for printing and a WORD document file is provided for you to customize the resource.

INTEGRATE CHILDREN INTO WORSHIP
The Bloom Box, by the Rev. Caroline Fairless, is especially designed to help congregations include children in worship, helps any group enter into the process of change — not with fear and trembling, but with play and laughter. As groups role-play possible scenarios and solutions, they also learn to compromise, learn to let go and learn to see value in different viewpoints. Check out The Bloom Box.
