Tracey E. Herzer

Tracey is the Executive Director of LeaderResources and spends a lot of time writing and training for various programs. Before becoming our Executive Director in June 2003, Tracey had been in parish work (as a Youth Minister and then a Director of Christian Education) for more than 15 years; she also served as a Senior Trainer for our Journey to Adulthood (J2A) youth program.

Tracey has served as President for NAECED (National Association of Episcopal Christian Education Directors) Tracey is the author of WorkshopCycles our rotational Sunday School program for children and co-author of Godparenting, a book for parents and godparents. She holds a B.A. in Psychology, with a specialization in Education and Developmental Theory. She is also trained as a Godly Play teacher and is a graduate and mentor of EFM.

Tracey lives in the Atlanta area and offers consulting, retreats, parenting seminars and other specialized events drawing on her extensive experience in Christian Formation, as well as her own faith journey.
